RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Reuters: Allana Potash expects to raise close to two-thirds of the $642 million by issuing debtPersonally I am expecting about $150 million in equity financing. 1/3rd would be higher than that, but the company will not be required to raise all of the equity at the same time so calculating the level of dilution right now is simply not possible. 

It sucks that the company has to raise in the worst junior market in decades and at the same time Uralkali decided to start its industry drama, but I'm not going to quibble about +/- x% of dilution when the production outlook is many multiples of current SP.
