There was nothing new in what Abasov today. Everything he said was already mentioned in the corporate presentation (p.5) (See below). I don't understand why people get excited with this quote.


• LOIs received from lender syndicate for up to 65% of total capex - syndicate comprised of export development banks, (no commercial banks)
 
• Negotiations underway with additional strategic / off-take partners
 
•Current key strategic investors (Liberty and IFC) committed to further participation (debt + equity)
