The path to profitability will come through increasing the portion of their portfolio to 'stabilized' centres. In the release they state that more than half the company's portfolio has yet to be classified as 'stabilized'. As the number of stabilized centres increases to say 70 - 80% of their portfolio, we will see a growth in the bottom line profits of the company.
