RE:Quarter + Dividend =

RE:Quarter + Dividend =LEG will not be converting to a dividend model anytime soon.  I chatted with Matt a couple weeks back and he says they have looked at the option, but it pales against the organic growth opportunity that LEG has.  LEG is not willing to trade a short term "small" increase in SP from a conversion to a dividend model for the potentially "large" SP gain through their growth model.  He did mention that if the SP keeps lagging a year from now, the dividend model conversation could re-emerge.

Long shareholders just need to exercise a little patience from here forward (baggage from the last 24 months should not distort your view on holding LEG for the next 6-12 months).

The stars are starting to align for the sector and especially LEG.
