Well, the July news release said that they hoped to have the water pump problem fixed by the "end of July", so if the cogen is now actually working (despite the interpretation of Upchuck - who apparently can't read) that is news that could not be kept from circulating around Thurso pretty quickly and would be reflected in the stock price. So, that is another possibility. Anyone inhabit the Thurso bar(s)?
