Hall of Fame or Hall of Shame?
Hall of Fame or Hall of Shame?
I fail to see what is so challenging about this tungsten project. Tungsten prices are rising through the roof. The company has the right commodity at the right time. The Sangdong tungsten project is extremely valuable and could be worth many billions of dollars. Multiple billion dollar companies ( Dundee Corporation, IMC, Korea Zinc ) are currently interested in Woulfe Mining.
Pus two billionaires, Buffett and Goodman. Dundee is a multi billion dollar entity plus Ned Goodman has nearly unlimited financing connections. He could have used those many connections while he was on the WOF board of directors. In order to ensure that Woulfe Mining and the shareholders would not be royally screwed over in negotiations with Buffett's IMC. Instead he chose to play games with the shareholders and let some incompetent management team at his Dundee Corporation nearly run this promising company into the ground.
He had no business joining the board of directors to begin with if either him or his management team at Dundee Corp. had devious intentions or planned on creating some false illusion about Woulfe Mining possibly not being able to secure financing. If financing problems were true then he should have ordered the company to be shut down and ran everything on idle mode until financing was fully available. I personally think the financing issues were total BS. Think about this for a minute folks. A billionaire with immense power who has nearly unlimited financing connections has his interim CEO put out ridiculous cash crunch company updates on such a small company like Woulfe Mining. I'm not buying any of it. They fed us a line of BS and I still think it crosses a line as unethical business practices. He was elected to the Canadian mining hall of fame in 2012. Yet, he still had the nerve to pull some stunt like this with Woulfe Mining. The commission that elected him to the mining hall of fame must be scratching their heads at this point. To top it all off Woulfe Mining was also elected to the TSX Venture Exchange top 50 in 2013.
All I can say is this. Ned Goodman and Woulfe Mining management must be planning one hell of a clever master plan behind the scenes. Otherwise they will be laughed out of junior mining sector for years to come and should have their Mining Hall of Fame awards revoked.
Just my honest opinion folks. I'm sure the truth hurts but someone has to tell it like it is. Most billionaires probably rarely have anyone speak their honest opinion to them. People would be too scared about being cutt off from the pay roll. They are probably surrounded by people who always tell them what they want to hear.
