OLE Canada has traded 3 million shares in the last 10 trading days.  How about this reasoning for the spread being eliminated and OLE trading at the deal ratio.  Maybe an interested party or interested parties are buying OLE in the open market in time to tender the shares and increase the possibility of getting enough shares tendered to get the deal done.  Trades take 3 days to settle so they want to get the stock settled and tendered asap.  Just a thought but it may explain the buying pressure in OLE even when TGZ has continued to decline.  I say they get enough shares to get this deal approved.  Just my opinion.
