Rising inventories = weak spot price

Rising inventories = weak spot price
CCO now talks about inventories & Japan an issue for weak spot price. Nobody was talking about inventories before.  I have been monitoring the inventories for a while & saw the inventories rise & knew that they will have an impact on spot price. I had posted so many times about rising inventories & possible negative impact on spot prices.  Lot of people on BB did not buy that argument because they were in denial. Now the inventories of CCO have gone up again this quarter to 933m from $741m. As long as inventories are rising sport prices cannot improve.

Till spot prices recover Uranium sector is high risk & subject to weakness. You can only trade some stocks as declining sector stocks. Not buy & hold unless you have another wave of selling & capitulation takes place in a lower price range.

Any U company that is buring cash is in trouble & is not investable with these low spot prices.
