Smart Phone Market is changing imho.
The high end market for smart phones is not growing like many think. Sure many need them for work and business, but most people do not. Consumers are now buying smart phones with a basic voice plan, no data plan at all (data plans on smart phones can be turned off by your provider) and are using the free WiFi built into their smart phones. My provider sells these phones on a tab as well.  I have the Galaxy. Would have liked a Blackberry but were not offered at $149. Many cities will soon have WiFi access everywhere you go. When people are at home they are using tablets and LapTops running wirelessly to their TV and internet service provider. BlackBerry must get cheaper phones into the market if they want to sell into this growing demand for smartphones without data subscription  plans. .
