RE:Much as Curv would wish, we are not deadNice post Phoenix, the planning of this important new mining facility in the Yukon appears to be on track. Here they are already talking about de-commissioning after the mineral resource has been extracted. Seems like pretty forward thinking to me, but I am certain it is mandated and merely a regulatory requirement for advancement of the project. The wheels are still turning, albiet a little slower than most would hope...however in consideration of the recent correction in the POG, and with the various closure and cost cutting announcements by the mid - large cap Canadian producers in the sector, I think it is safe to say that management at Victoria has demonstrated great resolve in staying ahead of the curve. Management is everything, even the very best projects can be run into the ground when placed in the hands of inept stewardship....my money is on this management team and VIT remains my largest holding in the sector.
