Since BXI MCap is now sub 3M and cumulative losses must be well above 130M, then aquisitor tax offset must be worth what??  CAN tax rate is ~28% (notwithstanding CRA acq rules) .. so napkin 10X of current .01pps, plus whatever value could be assigned to the two patent segments.
What am I missing? Any CA's out there who know the 'true value' for selling corp tax losses? Ernst & Young Orenda is doing the search so I'm sure they cannot comment.
PS> Yes I do believe that had this fiasco occurred in the US CC would be paddling hard and long to avoid JT. Complacent Canadians ugh..
