Asked a lawyer friend a question re legality of this deal. They blushed from head to toe, and told me that (he/she) could not even talk about it theoretically, as (he/she) was involved in the deal. Mind you I will be voting no as well, you would not believe the big guns that they ( MDG. MT, PM) have brought in to cover their as***s.
If PM wants to stay in the deal, I have no problem, I believe everyone should have that option. And Yes that lawyer refused categorically to make a recommenadation one way or the other. I too did not have a clue that person was involved with the deal. What a small planet
