Eryl, to lose the right to mine is one thing, that could be possible. But the processing plant definitely is “ours“. We should not mix this.

With the processing plant and the expertise of VNIIHT many constellations are thinkable. Even if Stans shouldn't receive the mining license of Kutessay II they still do have a high chance of winning international arbitration. We are talking of 200 to 300 CAD. This is plenty to a) push share price next to 0,8 CAD and higher, plus b) to reorient Stans with an other mining concept in REO business. In such a case I believe (but can't proof) that Russia would be the direction to look.

By the way, I heard of David V. being in Moscow since 3-4 weeks now. So, why should he be there, if there wouldn't be a chance of collaboration? The geopolitical situation of Kyrgyzstan, being sandwiched between the big blocks China and Russia, must lead to a commitment of either Russia or Kyrgyzstan. We know, that China would dare to grasp for these many resources in KG, especially those of Kutessay II, especially if the Russian neighbor would not play its interests in this region. So it is up to the Kyrgyz Government, to manifest its position of either sticking to the butter or stick to the bread (using the metaphor of a sandwich).
