Note: Since Mr. Goodman resigned from the WOF board of directors Tungsten prices have been rising through the roof. If IMC blows this deal with Woulfe Mining they will lose everything to Goodman and Dundee.
IMC could lose billions of dollars worth of tungsten assets and possibly do irreversible damage to their tungsten tool making empire in Asia and world wide if that happens.
IMC the parent company of TaeguTec recently built a brand new tungsten tool making factory in South Korea. Even a dummy can figure this all out if they just connect all of the dots.
 There will be NO second chance for IMC this time around. I think Goodman made that loud and clear to IMC while on the WOF board of directors during negotiations. Hence the reason Mr. Goodman resigned from the WOF board of directors because he wanted IMC to get the message. He's going to play Hardball!!! If IMC screws over Woulfe Mining and Dundee this time around or during the next several months when it comes time to finalize the strategic partnership/joint venture. This explains why he resigned from the WOF board of directors so he can finance the project directly or indirectly as a back up plan.
