JE doesn't pass the smell test...

JE doesn't pass the smell test...Just did my due diligence on this one. Wow does it ever stink. Sounds like a bunch of unsavoury greedy people organized in a large scale scam to trick vulnerable members of society into signing energy contracts that are not in their best interest. Also, appears like the upper and middle tier of this company are scrambling to cook the books to try and trick the market and investors into thinking it is actually a viable company. There's not even a product here. Can you say Enron.

It's funny...I know it sounds great from a business viewpoint but every time I see a company that has a policy of not paying its sales people a base salary but pressures them to sell on commission only...it never ends well. It's a big red flag indicating no integrity or quality in upper management. Just greed.
