Market Outlook:
The best names in the junior resource markets are trading at attractive valuations, but if past is prologue, a bottom will not occur without a cataclysmic capitulation sell off. One would expect this sell off to be followed by an extended period of low volume stasis, with buyers and sellers both exhausted. At least 1000 junior listings are in danger of failing, and this market clearing, while painful is what the market needs. We are "keeping our powder dry", waiting for a feast of private placement offerings that are the inevitable result of current market conditions.
