It could take a while to get the operational news release out if they have to wait for partner approval. However, reading the press release we know three things;

1. there are changes to the Exxon deal
2. management is putting money in
3. they need to raise $5 million rather than $15 million

sounds to me management has been able to reduce the company's commitment with Exxon. If that's true that could be very good. The announcement could be material as it seems management needs full public disclour before closing any of the tranches they mention.

The next question is how long does it take for Exxon to approve a press release????
