SND is not a miner.  It is more like a bank.  Taking DON private by SND could only happen as a last gasp or a Hail Mary
SND does not have any interest or expertise in mining.  Also Glencore would not want them. What SND could do would be to buy 100,000,000 shares at 5 cents that included another one for one warrants at 5 cents for 3 years.
Or SND could loan them $5m at 10% that included 80,000,000 warrants at 6 cents.
Or by special TSX permission then could buy 150 million shares at 3.5 cents

Share purchases by SND would be done under the understanding that they would sell them in late 2014 or 2015

SND finds itself in a terrrible mess.  This is a lucky thing for DON
