That last dividend payment they made is like if you wanted to give an excellent tip to the waiter at your golf club but the only way you can pay it is by going over to the bank machine and getting cash off of your VISA card. For the moment the waiter is happy and you still feel like the big shot but sooner or later those tips are going to stop.
