Based on SP action this company is going bancrupt?

Based on SP action this company is going bancrupt?folks, what is going on?  I do not recall seeing any news indicating the firm is in trouble so why the SP action like we have seen?  It was at 52 week low at 50 cents with a lot of resistance before POT and AGU tanked for just a few days...this SP has been tanking EVERY DAY for 2 weeks now????
