No Zuess you are the one trying to spread confusion and can't understand news releases. They skidded the rig to the 3rd slot next to UMU9 and 10 and during they found that the pipe was bent. They will now skid the rig 7 feet over on the same pad and install new conductor pipe. Listen to the AGM meeting again. Trying to talk sense to a person that has no sense is pointless.  I am done with you.
