RE:HaltedEnglish is not Conways strong suite, they forgot to mention who the loan would be through in the press release.

The loan appears to be offerred, but they haven't received Venture approval for it, yet.

2 new board members today, so maybe the delay was over having an adequate number of board members to meet Venture standards.

Summer's awasting Conway, let's get the ducks in a row and get mining already.
