RE:looked at the web site and news releasesThe release says they commenced drilling operations prior to July 31st thus satisfying the psc. I take that as they have been drilling. My question is what defines a material event. Is spudding or even finding oil prior to a valid DST a material event requiring a nr? Apparently not but then why this update. Very strange.
