You're purely speculating.  I sold all of my shares on this stock when this news broke and will only buy back into it if, and its a big IF, the political BS game being played is stopped and clarity comes back into this play.   From my personal experience when stuff like this happens it almost never turns out good for the investor.  I am not saying that will be the case with Lydian but like I said I have seen this political pattern before and it is not because they want to slice the pie up smaller it is usually because they want the WHOLE pie.
