2Guys, The Markman result could be any day now ie) sooner than 16 days so if you think it will be a good result you might want to get your position sooner than later. Someone at Credit Suisse took nearly a million shares at $0.59 on Tuesday!

Markman decisions have generally been within 60 days of the hearing so it is very reasonable to estimate the decision will be by the end of the month
