Tesla will ignite EV competiotonRecent interest in Tesla Motors stock and it's increasing sales should spur competition and be positive for the EV Market.

Tesla's Mileage Ranges

Tesla Model S at 55MPH
301 miles per charge w/85kw battery
232 miles per charge w/60kw battery

Tesla Roadster
245 miles per charge, battery size unknown

Tesla Model X SUV
Not given but should be lower due to weight and aerodynamics using the same battery pack as the Model S

Tesla's success and the ensuing competition should be a plus to advanced stage Graphite and Battery Grade Vanadium Pentoxide developers such as Energizer.

I often wonder what the above mileage ranges would be if Lithium, Vanadium, Phosphate, Batteries were used.
