Would I pick apples today? If I were saving for university,yes.
I worked student employment saving for university, it was only
$4 hr,picking apples was closer to $6.50 hr.

I grew up on a beef farm in Smithers,BC. Money was tight,my dad
worked in town to keep the farm afloat.There was barely enough
money for the necessities.My brother and I worked like fools
to keep my dad's dreams alive.I was driving trucks,tractors,etc when
I was 8 or 9.Not much time for horseplay, there was always work to
be done.I never even learned how to swim???????

I don't spend money foolishly.Never smoked and only drank once
(Univ,had to see what it's like). Self made people don't occur by accident.
Blood,sweat,tears and thriftiness has a lot to do with it.
