RE:What??Just to allay any confusion, this is from the company website:

Chairman of the Board

Paul Colborne is currently the President of StarValley Oil and Gas Ltd., a private, Calgary-based oil and gas company since November 2005. He also holds the position of President & CEO of Surge Energy Inc. since May 2013. He serves on the Board of Directors as Chairman at Surge Energy, New Star Energy Ltd. and Red River Oil Inc. Until its sale in July of 2009, Mr. Colborne did serve as Chairman of TriStar Oil & Gas Ltd. Mr. Colborne was a Director for Crescent Point Energy up until June 2013, as well Director for Cequence Energy, Westfire Energy Ltd., Twin Butte Energy Ltd., Wild Stream Exploration and Chairman of Seaview Energy Ltd.

He mentioned that his firm is acquiring shares, I hope they did better dd and that he is just a talking head. Frankly, it is Colborne's continued insider buys that flag opportunity for Legacy.
