Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

I'm not sure it's all that encouraging to see all this only amounts to a one penny increase in the share price.

And why would you expect more than a penny? It is only for 5000 tons a month and we have seen many non-binding agreements with PCY that have not gone anywhere.
