Pursuant to a resolution passed by shareholders on Aug. 8, 2013, Global Railway Industries Ltd. has consolidated its capital on a 1:4 basis. The name of the company has also been changed as follows.
Effective at the opening on Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2013, the common shares of Chinook Tyee Industry Ltd. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange, and the common shares of Global Railway Industries Ltd. will be delisted. The company is classified as a temporarily unclassified company.
