First, we are talking a few pennies, or a half penny in the case of ORE being up half penny and Volta down half penny. I think its just a matter of being lower down on the food chain, the larger caps, the producers, the go to stocks, they all get the best bumps when gold makes a move up. Even Barrick did alright today. We are microcap and so small that our individual story matters more than the price of gold. Also, the POG did not yet hit the line in the sand of $1350.00 as set out in last P.R. Ultimately though its these smaller stories like VTR that will have the biggest overall percentage increase if and when the POG resumes its uptrend.
As for a vacation, I was thinking Burkina Faso. I can speak french now and I have been to a lot of countries in the world but never there.
Looks to me like sentiment is changing for both gold and for the sector. This is all good. Not much time left to buy in at these prices in my view. Hang in there and buy more if you can. Or if you are really smart, buy NUGTor the go to gold stocks for the big moves early in the game and transfer funds to VTR when the smaller stories start getting attention.
