This included earings from Valiant only from April 19 onwards.
The company attempts to show the first half as if they had owned Valiant assets for the full period (Proforma). That would have generated $187.4M ;cashflow from ongoing operations and before resturturing costs or based on 317,365,658 shares outstanding, 0.59 per share.
Annualized that is $1.18
Even accounting for some decline, th is gives a share price of less than than 2x cashflow. Why?
