Q2 Proforma numbers calculate OK

Q2 Proforma numbers calculate OKThe proforma production using a 9000 boepd contribution from Valiant would have been exactly 14000 boepd(using8500....13800) as opposed to the 12100 reported for the quarter. The proforma CFPS would have been 25.5 cents per share as opposed to the 17 cents reported. On the bottom end of their combined company guidance but none the less on guidance. Annualized CFPS based on the proforma for the Q would be slightly over $1.00 per share and with a low multiple of three would result in a share price of $3.00.
