Or are you saying that the banks and trading firms put in false bids to the Toronto Stock Exchange because they would be still on the hook. Toronto Stock Exchange wants it's money, all with the person who sold.

Or are you saying that the Toronto Stock Exchange puts false bids in because if someone sell the Banks or trading firms want there money.

given that all this is regulated, what you posted doesn't make sends, are you a BID that can afford $0.005/half a cent more per share to buy at the ASK.
