RE:RE:The things as I see it...Did you read that I think the the equity funding was a speculation from the analyst?. And don´t discredited so fast the opinion of all analysts, Greg Colman knows very well the company and have a very precise idea on how things really are. Have you ever talked directly to a good analyst like Colman? If you want to be objective you shouldn´t discredit anyone who has a different opinion than yours. Read the MD&A, read the financial statements, there is no way that Tuscany can meet its financial deadlines in the short term, this is the reason why Colman is suggesting a 20 M$ equity funding. I think he is wrong, managament still don´t want to accept such a big dilution at the current stock price and for this reason a refinancing is the most probable outcome. A new refinancing will have costs attached and it will take some of Tuscany precious cash, but is the only way to gain time to put the company operations on track to achieve 80+% of utilization and 65-70 M of EBITDA. In the meanwhile the company should be able to collect some money from the troubled ACR. Tuscany is a very undervalued stock, not doubt about it, but deserve the current stock price when comparing with its peers. To change this the debt must be reduced, period.
