Just seems odd

Just seems oddThe timing of the NSR takeout SSL already owned 59%?  Nolan stated in the interview on BNN it was about the cash on the books, doesn't see a problem with the deal closing  in early Sept, since they'd already locked up the required number of shares prior to the announcement.  They also stated they'd keep the NSR team based out of TO.  Just another twist in an already twisted plot.  Isn't the end of Sept the next cash call for Don or the right of redemption for the Sandstorms?
