RE:New video, mongolian bloomberg

RE:New video, mongolian bloomberg

According to the interview, John Lee feels that 2014 annaul coal production at Ulaan Ovoo could be be about 1.0 million tonne when Russian off-take is included with that of Mongolia.

He mentioned that Russia's Buryatia region has demand for 6.0 million tonne coal, but the region can only supply 3.0 million tonne and coal may also have to be sourced from other areas in Russia..

He was concered about Mongolia's taxes on coal exports to Butyatia.

A possible consideration could be a JV with a Russian Power Plant to build a Mine/Mouth Power Plant on either side of the Zeltura Border Crossing that would supply both Buryatia and Mongolia with electric power. Such would increase Ulaan Ovoo's coal production considerably and also lower transportation costs.

When considering Chandgana's potential construction start up date, maybe its better announced when the resource markets start receiving their due recognition.
