They either weather the storm or they don't.  If they don't and have to shut down MP then their debt will exceed their assets- sp goes to zero.  If they do weather the storm it will be because they are generating enough cash flow to service debt.  If they can generate the cash flow needed to service their debt then the sp will equal or exceed 50-cents (look at cash flow needed to service debt, apply a multiplier of 6 or 8 then divide by share count).  In addition, if they don't look like they are going belly up then assets like EP will be given value, right now EP is given a value of zero (creditors get EP if ML goes under).
