Please forgive my ignorance, but could someone either explain what sections are and how many of them there are? Where can one look to find out more about sections. This is an example of what I find deceptive about this approval process. There seems to be a never ended series of "new" elements to be addressed. This makes me think of Asterix visiting the Romans when he has to get a permit for what he wants to do. A never ending series of approvals to seek. Rumble has said many times that he expects to finish this in the third quarter. Ha that now changed. I admit that I did not listen to the most recent cc. Has the third become the fourth quater?
