Yes, if 3 other investors take 10% each that would be better. EAG would stand as the majority investor by far, and Souther Arc most likely wouldn't have been able to put their boys up as our CEO and President.

 

And to RetiringYoung, finally someone who understands the deal. It may have been necessary(can't say I'm not psychic of the future), but the deal sucked overall.
