interest rates will climb. once again, it will be too late to finance at a decent rate.
Time for them to sell.
Sell Montana.
Or sell Idaho.
Whatever one can be developed quicker is the one to keep.
Of course, with the info us lowly shareholders have, it is difficult to call that decision.
