Update on Chinese Solar Panel Industry

Update on Chinese Solar Panel IndustryAn August 15, 2013 article on Bloomberg regarding how the production of solar panels in China is way down for the first half of 2013 (primarily because of the EU problems). It claims things are looking up for the last half of 2013. Interesting how sales from China to Japan, USA and India all increased during this same window of time.

Watching closely the significant spike in trade volume over the past 4 trading days (141,350/day average, including the 40k thus far today) The volume increase seems to be having no meaningful impact on the share price, with the majority of the sales coming from two houses (house 001 Anonymous and house 085 Scotia Capital). It seems like the volume spike might just be the result of one or two shareholders wanting to sell, in circumstances where there seem to be plenty of buyers at this current price.
