RX- Looks good but it needs to pull back...

RX- Looks good but it needs to pull back...so that I can buy more.  It looks like short term we'll see $1.95, and then hopefully a pull back to $1.65 before it moves higher.  The question is whether I wait for a potential pullback that may never come...
