Shar buy back---no effect

Shar buy back---no effect
The sp got a bit of a bump when they announced they would buy back up to 10% of the stock. Now we know that over 5 million incentive shares have been granted with over 3 million going to management. For what exactly I am not sure as performance has been dismal.

Question: Won't this grant of incentive shares mute the effect of the stock buy back and what the heck are they going to buy the shares with anyway and the dbt is high and cashflow is only going to decline next quarter.
