BuyOut vs Private SP Offer ?

BuyOut vs Private SP Offer ?The real question here  where's the SP going to land  if  it goes private versus if it goes buyout. My wild  @ss guess is $30 buyout  17 tops if private  .This assumes that on a private deal Watsa  will be pressured to keep it as low as possible to appease the funding group (banks,CPP Teachers Pension etc.) and $17 will clear his investment to-date. On the other hand a buyout cnaididate like IBM  could easily pay $30 without flinching as could other big name suitors. As an investor I would like to make the big kuhuna IBM (or others) deal but as a Canadian I don't want o see another Avero Aero  decision drain us of the creative gems brewing in Waterloo. My vote is buyout . Anybody else have an educated guess?
