RE:RE:going concern

RE:RE:going concernUnfortunately, I already feel this is going to tank.

I've got news for you, it already did. The $64 million (or to be more precise, $65.4 million) question now is: To what extent will Sandstorm management be willing and able to backstop SM&E with SG capital, lopsided dual-stream deals, debt repayment guarantees, etc.? For a fledgling streaming company a long dearth of new deals is the kiss of death. But SND is nearly out of ammo and to dilute to raise money at these prices would be digging the hole even deeper if any more "highly accretive" deals just turn "highly cretinous".

Don't get me wrong, the game is far from over and it seems to me management will do whatever it takes to keep SM&E viable until market conditions improve, short of remerger. I still believe SND will payoff well 3-to-5 years out. But the market is nothing if not impatient, and the interim is starting look more like 3-to-5 as in "prison term."
