DH re going concern

DH re going concernSorry for the negativity, but i cant sit on my hands anymore. IMO I don't feel management has been transparent w mistakes. Mistakes are impaired, without discussion why , other than the market is terrible. IMO there has been a true lack of good decision making. Money spent before cash coming in.

here is DHs reply re going concern
"Nobody has ever claimed that the market is solely to blame for the performance of Sandstorm Metals & Energy. In past conference calls, our management team has been very transparent in owning up to our mistakes and what we are going to do differently in the future.

The going concern note was added to the second quarter report because there is uncertainty surrounding the future cash flows of the company. Having said that, we did receive $2.8 million in cash subsequent to quarter end from the sale of equipment related to the Terrex settlement, which puts us in a good position to remain a going concern for the foreseeable future.

We are working extremely hard to resolve the situation with Donner and will update the market on the situation as soon as we are able. "

GLTA. Again, sorry, but I'm successful in my career for a reason.
