RE:Las5513 and the $28 million cash

RE:Las5513 and the $28 million cashMionaer do you have a breakdown of how $28 million was spent or are these simply ideas. By the way how come the outstanding number of shares increased by about 350 million in a 7 year period and the company only raised $28 million cash during the same period? Don't you think there is something wrong with the numbers somewhere. My guess is management was issuing shares in lieu of cash payment for much of the last few years until they reached a point where no one would accept their paper and demanded cash, thus they were forced to sell stock to the suckers to raise cash in the last couple of years. Mionaer you've been around the thread for quite a while so I assume if you own some stock at a much higher price. Good luck trying to break even.
