DEH1,

You did not get one fact straight in you moronic post.  I never said that I have been calling for the sp to go to zero for over 4 years, I said I've been posting here for over four years.  As far as the rest of your post it is just made up BS.  The shareholder protection plan is in effect and absolutely in no way can they vote their shares if they attempted a take-over NO WAY.  Yes they might be able to vote their shares for other purposes but no not in the case of a take-over, that would require a shareholder vote to change the plan.

The problems with ML are vast and a big portion of the problems with cash flow relate to the different ores.  When SH shareholders met with Mike a few years ago one of my questions to him related to recoveries and the different ore types and how they were affected by grind size.  Mike said he would never provide the data, do not ask (MAJOR RED FLAG).  Now take a look at how recoveries fell and throughput is falling and concentrate grades have dropped up while FS&R rates jumped, as they try to mix the ores...this is the type of DD that Pala did not conduct prior to making their investment.  My point is simple, just because they made poor decisions in the past does not mean they will continue in the future.
