ekim, your saying it may be worth m20-30 to Dominion, market cap here is now worth approx 105 million. Without seeing CH6, don't think Dominion would pay over 100 mill, or 135 mill if we see a buck, for 20-30 mill valuation to them in DO27.... and a guess at CH6....
again, I dont think we will see any plays for PGD until we see some results, it doesn't make $$ sense. If CH6 comes in with lots of dirty diamonds, poor valuation, and Dominion stages a hostile bid only because they have infrastructure in the west and a dwindling diamond supply, pop goes the weasel and lots of people are looking for jobs. Too risky at this point, and we all have to remember, insiders I believe will not go cheap on a bid for us at this time. They hold all the cards, and there is no card camera for us to peek at to see if there are aces in the hole, or a 7-2.
I think DeBeers will play and pony up 58 mil, we will see CH6, we will be boom or bust, or even status quo. If results are excellent, I think DeBeers decides to take us out, Dominion may play as well.
Bidding war, we all win, no bidding war, DeBeers gives us fair value, then spins off DO27 to Dominion because of infrastructure in place out west.
For any of the newbies here, DO27 has a couple of other very minor players (less than 10 percent if memory serves), Kettle River is one, KKR, think it is trading at 2 or 3 cents. I owned it long ago.
